What is the Flag System?

The Flag System is Forma Flaga's proprietary methodology for designing international corporate structures. It is a 5-step process: Diagnose (map current structure), Model (build 2–3 scenarios), Design (select optimal architecture), Stress-Test (validate against regulatory and banking frameworks), and Coordinate (execute across jurisdictions).

How long does the corporate architecture process take?

The design phase (diagnosis through final architecture) typically takes 4–8 weeks. Implementation across jurisdictions takes 3–6 months for a standard structure, or 12–24 months for complex international group architectures.

Does Forma Flaga execute the structure or just design it?

Forma Flaga designs the architecture and remains structurally independent. Local providers (lawyers, formation agents, accountants) execute within each jurisdiction. We coordinate all providers and maintain oversight under one responsibility.
